Concierge Onboarding
New subscribers receive 2 one-on-one coaching sessions, a value of $300!
Each session is one hour long. The sessions can be utilized anytime and don’t expire. Some subscribers like to use their coaching sessions to talk about the business of offering SEO services. Others want to dive into SEO strategy for specific clients. The time is yours.
Here are a few examples of topics we've covered in recent onboarding sessions:
- Creating an SEO service offering and seamlessly integrating it with your existing services
- Building confidence when talking about SEO with prospects and clients
- Finding your first client or selling SEO to your existing clients
- Setting client expectations on results and establishing goals
- Creating SEO strategy for a client or two
- Getting feedback on specific SEO tasks like keyword research or on-site optimization
- Fixing a tricky Google Analytics implementation
Group Training & Community
We learn and grow faster together. As a Pathfinder subscriber, you'll be part of our inclusive and helpful community of digital agency owners. Gain confidence, learn the latest in SEO, stay accountable, and feel the support of this encouraging community.
Office Hours — Ask questions about SEO strategy and implementation for your clients and get tailored advice. Our coaches are available to answer your questions live during Office Hours, held three times a week.
Skills Training — Topically focused sessions designed to help you and your team master key skills to grow your SEO services offering. Skills Training focuses on business topics along with SEO strategy and tasks. Sessions are once a week with a rotating theme. They are recorded and available on-demand on the platform.
Additional One-on-One Coaching Sessions
Want to take a deep dive into your client campaigns? Need more customized support? Our coaches are available for one-on-one coaching sessions as needed. Each coaching session is 1 hour and costs $150/hour. A la carte coaching is only available for Pathfinder customers.
For three years or more we have enjoyed our one to one meetings with you and your team. And we love the peer to peer group coaching calls.
We find this to be a safe space where we can ask questions, get ideas or feedback and find resources to help us become ever more efficient. This allows us onboard and manage more SEO clients.
As an agency that has been doing SEO for 20 years, we never cease to learn from you and your team. Add to that the fact that we can bring any SEO challenge to you and get seasoned, experienced opinions or guidance. There is never any fluff, waffle or bad advice.
